:: JUMP THEN FALL ::

Urgh, today is another stupid hot day and my dad just can't stop apologizing to me that he's the main cause why the weather is becoming so tiresome these days. Narcissism is simply flowing in our family's blood, not to be blamed on anyone but that explains why I am always self-loved, hahaha. Anyway, I have FINALLY watched Smurf's on channel HBO. Somehow I didn't find it as intriguing as reviewed but the blue little things are really adorable, especially Clumsy and Papa! After that, I watched Art Attack and I thought of how addicted I was to it when I was still in Kindergarten. And that was when Totally Spies, Kim Possible, Blues Clues, PP&J Otter, dots dots came into my mind. Ahhh, the moment when we whine about teenage life or much further in the future is when we reminisce our childhood moments the most, partially about the TV cartoons that can never be replaced by the lame and exaggerating stupid cartoons showing on Disney Channel nowadays like brainless Shawn the Sheep or the annoying Oggy and the Cockroaches.

Despite the fact that the whether is literally burning my skin, today was pretty much a happy day for me! My Beethoven's Sonata collection has FINALLY arrived all the way from the UK! There are even histories of how Beethoven had composed pieces that were used to differentiate Classical and Romantic period. Oh there are also commentaries for EACH AND EVERY sonatas inside, coming with a CD too! I'm sorry but I just can't help it. I'm a happy little girl right nowww!

Last weekend, WenHui came over to bake with Jane but I didn't help out 'cos I always prefer to bake alone. So, they wanted to bake chocolate chip cookies and I only had the recipe of famous amos chocolate chip cookies that cost more than RM200 but of course, I got it for free since everyone was posting the secret recipe all over Google, huzzah! Unfortunately we were sort of lacking some essential ingredients so I had to search for another recipe that was simple enough. It turned out tasting really awesome just like the ones we can get from famous amos and I loved it. And yes, they've baked more than 80 cookies in total, so they've decided to make the left ones into a W shape because 80 cookies were more than enough.

Yesterday was Merdeka and I was surprised how the fireworks never appeared and it was superbly quiet yesterday! How odd... In the afternoon, I went to Pearl Point with JiaYing and XiaoTeng for the stupid Zara Warehouse Sales that I don't even know why it exists. I couldn't find any nice stuff. Plus, I was practically squeezing in the crowd. Sighs, I was quite disappointed at first but hey, to think about it Zara has never been my cup of tea 'cos the things there seem a little too old for me, aha. Later, we had lunch at WongKok in Scotts Garden that looked like Setiawalk to me. And that was when we thought of going to Setiawalk after that and so we did! In short, Merdeka was a fun day with two of them and I definitely hope that time would slow down a little 'cos Monday is school and you'll see me feeling all emotional because of Monday Blue. Oh well, I'm still stuck in a dilemma whether to go for the Bersih rally at Raub tomorrow. Indecisive, is the best word to describe my status right now. AHHHHH~

Merdeka promotion in La Kaffa yo!

We don't look alike at all, do we?
